I prefer not to leave a video because I’m still sick. The provider who helped me yesterday was so so amazing. I absolutely loved her. And I’m so glad I listened to myself because now I have pneumonia and bronchitis, and I’ve never had this before. Going on a trip for my daughter‘s graduation and thank God I went in to see her and got medicine. Thank you.
I did have a very long wait even though I had an appointment. I waited for over one hour to see the PA. She is excellent and provides exceptional care.
The nurse practitioner give the wrong diagnostics I could understand that because she has not able to test on me but as soon as I gave her 1199 insurance she thought it is just for buy medicine in CVS , I think your facility need to educate her about 1199 insurance look like it has CVS cards but in NY and I end up in Vegas southern Hill hospital they all know 1199 insurance card , if she does know then ask someone or call the number on the card to question she refused right away which I have to use my other insurance. 1199 cover everything but not my other card
The Doctor was great, funny and very knowledgeable, even made my son laugh
The provider was caring and it was a good experience. Pricing needs ti be more transparent it’s nearly impossible to find out the actual cost of the appointment. I have the Aetna indemnity plan which I told the provider is NOT insurance and that I thought I should be paying for the appointment as a cash pay patient as I’m pretty sure Aetna just reimburses me $50 dollars. The provider did not tell me a total owed and said it had to be sent to Aetna. Now I am extremely anxious that I will get a large surprise bill. Transparency in pricing should be a priority.

The Doctor was amazing and did a fantastic job in removing large amounts of wax from my Moms ears without having to use water to flush out. She was very patient and did not stop until all wax was removed. She was also very gentle and friendly..
