I had an appointment, arrived on time (ahead of schedule actually)....unfortunately the provider was not there....it took me 40 minutes to figure out they had not shown up for work... Since the CVS mini clinic advertises itself as more convenient then other health care options....I was very dissapointed....I would give them a Zero if possible...beware.
