I had to do a urine sample and the bathroom was very dirty, not clean, toilet nasty, NO toilet paper. I had to wait for a culture to come back for 3 days and it came back positive so I called and told them I needed a different antibiotic but she said I needed to come back for another urine sample again!!!
Once we finished with all the paperwork, I was see quickly by the PA. It took longer to get my prescription filled than the entire exam! 😀

The Provider was exceptional and very knowledgeable. I wish she could be my personal Dr. if I go back i will wait for her.
It was satisfactory but that’s all. Not kind,not compassionate, minimal eye contact, cold, distant.
My appointment was for 10:20 for which I was asked to arrive 10 minutes before that time. However, I was not seen until 11:20 which required me to change my schedule around for other time commitments. Also, it would not recognize my name/dob to checkin so I had to search my emails for the checkin code which was rather inconvenient.
I have used CVS’s MinuteClinic many times over the years and have always been pleased with the Nurse practitioner who I have seen. Saturday was no exception. The staff has always been very professional and it’s so convenient. I typically get my medicine at CVS so the fact that the Nurse practitioner can send it right on over to the pharmacy, makes it even better.
The FNP was great but the Assistant that checked me in and swabbed for strep was not friendly at all. Maybe it was just a bad day but she was huffy and rude when I asked to be checked for The Provider and the flu as well as the strep test.

I was met promptly, checked in and had no wait time before I saw the Physicians Assistant/Practical Nurse. I was prescribed an antibiotic. The pharmacy staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful.
