Outside of the check in system glitching a tiny bit, the care was incredible. Discovered the problem right away and the nurse was willing to work around the check in system!
I was seen before my appointment time and had a fast but thorough appointment that addressed my concern as well as provided follow up steps for the future.
She was very professional and listened to my concerns. She was very nice and kind.
I tried to register online but the system would not let me continue without adding my credit card information on the system. That is not acceptable to me. Why is it mandatory? Please allow the option to choose or to enter a debit card or an bank account or agree to pay after consultation. Thank you.
