During your initial assessment, your licensed therapist will help assess your current situation and explore potential options for reducing your distress.
Personalized care planning
Together, you and your licensed therapist will create an individualized care plan to help improve your mental health and total well-being.
Counseling services for continual support
Your licensed therapist will provide ongoing sessions with you to help you address your areas of concern.
Navigation and collaboration
If you have a need for higher levels of care,* our licensed therapists will work with you to find an appropriate specialist from our extensive provider network and collaborate with your existing providers when appropriate.
Cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting help.
Our services may be less expensive and can be more convenient than traditional counseling services. We can bill your insurance* directly, or you can pay with cash or credit card or use your employee assistance program (EAP) benefits, if appropriate.
Wherever you are, we’re ready to listen.
