  2. Add "Pick Up In Store" items to your basket and complete your online order. You will receive a confirmation email containing order details and pickup instructions.
  3. Go to the designated checkout counter of the selected myCVS® store and pick up your order.

Currently, store pickup is only available at select stores in the following states:

  • California
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Texas

Pharmacy refill orders can be placed online, followed by a store pickup order. You can pick up both orders together at the Pharmacy. Look for the Shop Now link on your Refill Confirmation page.

Your order can be picked up at the designated checkout counter of the selected myCVS® store in as little as 1 hour and will be held for 2 days.

Orders placed while store is closed, or within 1 hour of closing, will be ready for pickup 1 hour after the store reopens.

Government-issued picture identification. If possible, bring your order confirmation email also. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

Yes. Simply list that person's name during online checkout. That person will also have to show valid government-issued picture identification.

Two days from the time of submission. If the order is not picked up within the hold time, your order will be canceled and returned to stock. You will not be billed for the order.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your pickup location. You can only pick up at the store you originally selected.

A store associate will contact you through the contact information you provided.

There is no minimum purchase amount.

A pending authorization hold is put on the credit card once the order has been submitted. The credit card will be billed once the order is picked up. If the order is not picked up within two days, your order will be canceled and returned to stock. You will not be billed for the order.

Only eligible online discounts, promo codes, or ExtraBucks® Rewards can be used towards your online orders placed through CVS.com®. Manufacturers' coupons and all other ExtraCare offers cannot be redeemed on orders placed through CVS.com, including store pickup items. Customers must enter their ExtraCare® card number during online checkout to earn 2% back in Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards.

Yes, if you use your ExtraCare card during checkout on CVS.com®

Unfortunately, no. The ExtraCare card must be entered at the time of checkout on CVS.com® in order to receive credit for the purchase.

You'll receive a paper receipt from the CVS Pharmacy® cashier at pickup.
