Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt service
I felt very heard and taken care of at Minute Clinic. Even if they were not able to fully help me because of my financial constraints, the staff still gave me peace of mind and a list of what to ask for when ordering my own blood testing. I appreciate the care UI received during such a hard time for me.
The Nurse Practitioner there that night was WONDERFUL! She made me feel comfortable and she listened to what I had to say! You can tell she really cares for her patients❤️
The staff were very nice. My only criticism is that your website says that Walk-Ins are welcome. But, in fact, when I walked in, there was no availability for four hours. So I made and appointment and came back. I think the website should have something like "Phone us for walk-in availability."
Making an appt online was super easy and I was lucky enough to get a same day appt, which was important! The service provided by the practicioner was thorough and I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions and even verified my insurance on the spot so I knew what I had to pay for the service and meds.
The Provider my NP was excellent. I did not wait at all for my scheduled appointment
Very pleasant and the NP listened and worked with me on a solution.
On time and thorough examination.
The person I saw was terrific. My problem is that she stated that my insurance card was not acceptable so I paid out of pocket. I then contacted the insurance company and found that my insurance was good. So now I get to struggle with insurance forms to get this resolved. Not a good time.
