Yesterday I had an appointment at this location. The LPN was awful. He was rude, condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. When I advised him that I was uncomfortable, he responded “you can go back in the waiting area and let the NP check you in.” [...] was the NP I saw and she was awesome. She did her best to salvage my experience but I really hope whoever is in charge of this location review staff interactions with patients.

After working 30 years I can tell you you are VERY fortunate to have her working at your clinic. Please give her a pay raise and Thank her for her excellent care!"
