However, we understand that things happen 24 hour a day, and we may not be open to help you immediately. In these times, we offer Virtual Care services, which put you in touch with a medical professional at all hours.
For those 18 years of age and older, and for conditions such as allergies, hair loss and acne, our online visit may be the appropriate choice. You fill out an online questionnaire, include any related pictures and a practitioner will respond with treatment recommendation within a couple hours.
Video chat is for patients over the age of two and for minor injuries, illnesses and skin conditions. You will connect live with a provider who will prescribe treatment if he or she feels there is enough information.
