Minute Clinic is very conveniently located near my home. It is simple to make an appointment online. Every medical professional I have encountered has been great. Most recently, The Provider took care of me. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She asked lots of questions to make sure she understood my current problem. She patiently answered all my questions and explained things in a way I could easily understand. My only complaint about my recent visit was having to wait an hour to be seen (even though I had made an appointment ahead of time). Other than that, I was extremely happy with my care.
The Provider was great.
Very capable PA. She listened and brought up areas for me to look at.
The PA was wonderful and very professional. Extremely kind and answered questions at ease.
I was very pleased with the doctor who took care of me. She was very caring sympathetic professional.

I myself work in customer service, and you can tell when one is going through the motions versus when its coming from their heart.
Easy scheduling, promptly called at scheduled time, and NP was kind and fantastic.
