The practitioners are always kind and knowledgeable.

The NP was very hard to understand because of his accent. He also was not very friendly in his demeanor.

I generally have a positive experience going to a minuteclinic for basic needs like vaccines or if I'm feeling unwell and think I need to see someone. Recently I've been going in for blood pressure medication and monitoring, and the minuteclinic staff, including Providerqui[...], have been quite good, understanding, and empathetic. I think they're doing a good job.

This is a wonderful service. I and my family have used the service many times and each time we have been extremely pleased. Each staff member has been professional, competent, and personable.

I needed to get a vaccine and the cvs pharmacy didn’t have it. They recommended I check with the minute clinic. I did so and was lucky that there wasn’t a line to wait to be seen. They did have the vaccine. The medical provider was attentive and professional. He was able to administer the vaccine. It was a quick and easy process.

Very helpful on this second visit. She listened and gave her opinion on what was needed. Would have been a good thing to introduce herself as to her position though. I thought she was the assistant for a while, just taking vitals, then realized she was the practitioner. Would have explained more details of my issues earlier if known.

I think the part where you fill up the patients name, condition, and insurance information, all of these could have been done when the appointment was booked. Instead I had to fill this up at the centre just minutes before going in. This was not ideal for me as sometimes it takes a while for the insurance information to register in the system. It initially showed me that they could not find the insurance, but after a few minutes they did. Also, I was charged for prescriptions without my insurance. This is a phramcy issue. They tried again but could not make it work.
