I did my appointment on line. The doctor was on time. She explained what was going on with me. She was great.
The NP asked questions, ran a test, and provided medication.
I was a walk in, very short wait time. Lady was very pleasant and helpful
The doctor was very thorough in explaining what I had going on and how to manage the many prescriptions she was giving me!
I was seeing in a reasonable amount of time, and I felt confident in the person who seen me.

This was my first time using MinuteClinic and I really wasn’t sure what it all entailed, but I have to tell you that young lady who took care of me was amazing. She was very personable, but very knowledgeable at the same time. She was very friendly and yet technically savvy, I was in and out quickly, and I am sitting here writing this with no pain because of what she determined was my problem and prescribed the exact medicine I needed to handle my minor injury

Just seemed like the doctor was guessing and didn’t really have a diagnosis for the reason we came in for. Ran one test then called I viral which is fine but it’s hard to feel confident when there’s no other response then run it’s course which is what we were doing to begin with.
