You say that walk-ins are welcome but never specified that it is only if a person, that have appointment, cancel it. I went without one and the computer system showed that I will wait 55 minutes. So I did but then the Doctor told me that she had booked until 9 p.m. so there was no opportunity to me . Two people did the same and they were very upset. I left and went back next day with an appointment and it was a good experience.
I had shingles symptoms. I was seen in a timely manner and prescribed medication. The provider was professional and I enjoyed seeing her.
