Immediate and correct diagnosis, followed by successful corrective action
It was easy to get in the virtual line (though the website is a little glitchy), warmly greeted by the nurse who was AMAZING! If my company had sites of care in our area, I would recruit her! The NP was friendly, covered everything needed and I was out the door.
- [ ] I was given a false diagnosis. The nurse practitioner. The Provider told me that this was a viral condition, but it is listed as sinusitis and acute bronchitis. - [ ] I have been sick for one month and I have not gotten better - [ ] I was in the waiting room for four hours until I was seen - [ ] The lady had no break and had no help and was complaining - [ ] The nurse practitioner said that she would get flagged by higher ups if she prescribed me antibiotic - [ ] She wanted to get rid of me to see the next patient And kicked me out of the room - [ ] She did not test me for flu or strep throat. She only wanted to test me for Covid which my insurance does not cover. - [ ] I called the number 866-389-2727 while I was still in the office and I was disconnected. Had to call the number again. I wanted them to put an antibiotic in for me to override this nurses false diagnosis verbally telling me it was viral, but it is not written down as acute frontal, sinusitis and acute bronchitis. I am very sick and I did not receive proper treatment. - [ ] Had to follow up today for 45 minutes on the phone with the number 866-389-2727 with still no follow up and no prescription put into my pharmacy - [ ] I have been sick for over one month and I am very disappointed with not only how I was treated, but turned away with no treatment - [ ] I already had an inhaler, and when I use it, it makes my lungs and heartburn. My face feels swollen and heavy, and my chest is heavy with green mucus when I touch under my ears, touch my neck that is forcing me to cough more of the green mucus out and I have a major sinus infection and was refused antibiotic. Still awaiting a follow up call from the nurse.
Super knowledgable, thorough and friendly lady.
The clinician that worked with me was fantastic, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind.
I had booked an appointment a week ago for a Shingle vaccine at the minute clinic. After i got to the clinic and waited for my appointment, I was told they had no vaccines. When I asked the ARNP if it could be ordered or could she find a minute clinic that had it, she claimed it was not her job to order the vaccine. The Provider (ARNP) seemed uncaring and offered no solution or a real apology for the inconvenience. She didn't seem to take responsibility for the issue and went on to tell me that it was her last day. Once I returned home, I called customer service and did hear back from another nurse at the same clinic who said they had found the vaccine and if I returned to the store, she would provide the service. I wish I had gotten her name because she was the exact opposite of The Provider- Kind compassionate and worked diligently to get me what I needed. I don't think that his process made healthcare easier...Do nurses not know what is coming in the next day and hence ensure that they have the needed inventory to assist the patient. Unlike, the RPH, they do not take calls so no way to validate the inventory before you get there. (This was a planned visit and not a walk in. I could have used the Pharmacy but they were closed at that time)
The Provider was very friendly and helpful.
The staff was incredibly compassionate and very efficient and didn’t feel rushed. I have always gone to this clinic and every time they have been amazing.
I was seen promptly at my appointment time and the provider was very nice and showed concern for my issue. The prescription she wrote was already filled by the time I got to the pharmacy. Excellent service!!
