All very good!
This has been my 5th time to this clinic and they are always so nice and professional. I feel like my issues are addressed and I get answers.
Dr. Worked through lunch to help us. Not only good Dr but she is very helpful and willing to explain things
My experience was great in and out within minutes. The lady that helped me was awesome. I went in and I told her I think I have strep. Paid $200 for a cotton swab on the back of my throat to tell me what I already knew as an uninsured patient that is crazy ridiculous that you pay $200 for them to swap your throat. I think the healthcare industry is a joke and people wonder why sick people don’t go to you guys when we don’t have insurance. It’s cause you rape us up the ass on prices.
Overall a great experience. From making the appointment to the waiting time, everything was pleasant.
The antibiotics prescribed yesterday made me very sick. Throwing up, diarrhea etc. I was told by the dr if any problem, call. I left three messages this morning and it is now 5:00 and no call. That is not acceptable.
The provider listened intently and was able to provide prescriptions that paired with my current over the counter treatment.
Very fast and good service. Insurance process not very well explained though.
