Website hard to navigate
My grandson was seen in a Sunday. The nurse practitioner was very nice - she has seen my grandson before and acknowledged that he is allergic to penicillin yet prescribed a medication for a suspected ear infection that had a 10% chance of causing an allergic reaction. Our pharmacist also pointed out the risk so we called the on call pediatrician who said to NOT use the medicine. he d been suffering from seasonal allergies for a week and had recent ear pain - they were red but no bulging, but Since he wasn’t running a fever, the dr questioned whether he even had an ear infection at all. Tuesday morning he had a low grade fever so my daughter brought him in to his pediatrician and he tested positive for flu.

I was seen promptly and given a thorough checkup, after which I received good recommendations and prescriptions.

I made an appointment online and waited about four minutes before I enter the nurse practitioners office. Very soon after a nurse came in and took all my vitals and was very pleasant. The nurse practitioner was also very pleasant and asked me very curtaining questions to patient understanding and humorous for diagnosis I believe with the correct one along with the treatment plan.
Having a nurse accessible within 24 hrs is a game changer when I cannot get in to see my primary care doctor for months with an appt. I have visited Minute Clinic numerous times and have been completely satisfied with the care I received!
