I received great concern and skilled diagnosis; and, ultimately was prescribed critical medications. My first time experiencing a CVS store with an urgent care office.
I came in with no fever, hot/cold flashes, sinus pressure, dry cough, ear pressure, throat drainage, occasional runny nose, and a sore throat. I’ve been coughing up dark green phlegm in chunks. All 3 tests came back negative for strep, flu and Providervid. She told me “you prob have the flu even though it’s negative so that’s how I’ll treat it”.. when I asked about this being a sinus infection (I’ve gotten them before) she said no this seems like the flu (WHICH WAS NEGATIVE) . She sent me prescriptions and 24 hours I still feel like garbage and no different with the medicine. I actually felt worse after taking the medicine.
The Provider was very helpful and polite
She was so kind and patient. My rash is already gone . Definitely knew what she was looking at.

There is no system to call for the next patient. It should be automated and a message sent to the phone alerting that your the next patient. The practitioner should not call by voice as my son has autism and didn’t understand he was being called. This made his place be skipped and the next patient was called. He waited an additional 30 minutes. The system needs to be inclusive and a text message signaling it’s your turn be included.
