    "NP [...] was very helpful and made the vaccine administrarion very quick and easy. I dont think the experience wouls have gone any better. The appointment system was also pretty good besides the part where I had to switch locations for walk-ins, but it is not the fault of the clinics since I do understand the limited appointments at such short notice. Highly recommend!"

She spent the time we needed even though it was probably more than expected due to a small hiccup. She not only had nursing skills, she had people skills. She shared a bit of herself in the course of the interaction, making it an extraordinary exchange. She also gave us information about other health benefits that might be available.
