My provider The Provider. The Provider was terrific at correctly diagnosing my Flu B. I appreciated her approach and questions. It was the quality of her treatment that made me want to respond to this survey.

The NP was excellent. Friendly and reassuring. I liked him. In addition to his great personality I liked the ease of scheduling an appointment. I liked having a set appointment time. The location of the clinic is terrific. What a great idea to open a clinic like that in the store. Thanks

Physician was extremely courteous and thorough throughout the exam. Didn't have to wait at all when my appointment time came up.

I had never had my ears cleaned. I only visited the Clinic because my wife needed to have her ears cleaned. She tends to build up earwax in her ears. She last had them cleaned 7 years ago and was feeling the effects of earwax buildup. After some internet searching, someone recommended she see The Provider, AKA [...]-the Provider, at the CVS MinuteClinic in the Kahala. Following my wife’s positive experience at the Clinic, I decided to have my ears checked. Wow! My first impression was a pleasant surprise! The clinician was professional, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Though my ears weren’t as bad as my wife’s, I left feeling I was in great hands, and I will definitely return to that Clinic before going to an urgent care or a physician’s Clinic. Thanks for making your patients feel comfortable during their time in your care.

The Minute Clinic worker was most cheerful, informative, and efficient.

I would love to give the Minute Clinic a rating of 10 but regardless of my appointment time I always have to wait anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes beyond my appointment. It becomes a problem when appointments are double booked and when you accomodate walk-ins as well. It just backs everything up and doesn’t make it an efficient system for customers. I always need to allot an hour more than my appointment time and it has nothing to do with the providers as they have been very apologetic, caring, friendly, and great providers! The problem is the system. Please try to resolve this to maintain great customer service.
