good fast service
The providers in the room never introduced themselves. Also the male sitting on the chair scheduling the follow up exams was harsh. The woman who gave the TB test shot put it right next to my daughters wasp sting. Third woman in the room did not even say who she was just sat in the corner.
Very nice people working on me today with clear instructions. They did a very thorough job. I wanted to get a covid test done for work, and they added on a flu test as well.
The doctor was great. Took time to evaluate and explain everything fully. Didn't feel rushed and very helpful. Also, it was nice to be able to see someone on the weekend on short notice. Always been a fan of minute clinic.
The provider was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I booked online and was able to walk strait into my appointment. The convenience is the best part.
Im very thankful that we have so many minute clinics where I am. They're such a great alternative to the Urgent Cares and ERs for not emergent visits where you just need a doctors note, quick test, or to be prescribed medicine for a regular illness. It's always easy getting an appointment and the NP at Kapolei is always so nice and really appreciate how he willing he is to listen to my concerns. Facility is also extremely clean and spacious. I also love how there are Telehealth visits available. It's such an under utilized resource and I wish there was more education on minute clinic both in person and Telehealth visits.
