The CVS phone apps are confusing. At my CVS both the Minute Clinic and the Pharmacy give vaccination shots. But on the apps when I trying to set an appointment with the Minute Clinic, it often turns out to be with the Pharmacy instead. The pharmacy doesn’t record my shots with Advocate Health, and the Minute Clinic does, so I prefer the Clinic.
I was able to walk in and be seen right away. I was very ill and my doctor couldn't fit me in. Minute Clinic determined I had Providervid, prescribed a cough medication, and I was able to walk 10 feet away to pick it up. Very convenient.
The wait time was reasonable & the care & attention given me was excellent.
She pay really close attention of the symptoms. I feel like she make sure she answer all my questions. Very good appreciate it very much.
The process was flawless… I was greeted as soon as I entered the waiting area… the staff was extremely helpful and professional… I would suggest CVS to family and friends… my daughter has used this location several times for her children and had only GREAT experiences!
The appointment was timely with barely a wait. The nurse practitioner was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything each step of the time.
The practitioner who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She provided very meaningful input and advice and it was, by far, the best assistance I have ever received at the clinic.
The provider was super friendly and took her time with me. Very happy working with her!
came here because I don't want my symptoms to worsen because I got my illness from my son who came to Minutes' clinic last Saturday. And the good news is, my son got better because The Provider gave him cough medicine plus antibiotics, so in my case, I just told her what I did, like drinking acetaminophen and Benadryl and that is also what she told me to do. So what is the difference between coming here?

The staff was extremely helpful, caring and patient. The only issue I had was with the kiosk sign-in, that it wasn't clear to press the "done" button to set the appointment. For us older and less techie people, there were many steps and buttons to "click". The DONE button at the bottom of the screen was not clear; therefore my actual appointment timed out. Fortunately, the staff on duty was cognizant of my arrival, and were able to reset my appointment. They mentioned that seemed to be a common issue with unfamiliar patients.
