Practitioner and Pharmacy was great!
Very pleased with the NP I worked with. She was very helpful and gave me very good health tips.
The practitioner started my appointment 20 minutes late. The practitioner I saw was not able to remove the ear wax from my ear after multiple attempts. I asked if I potentially had pink eye and she was not confident in her response. I let her know that I recently had a baby and needed to know in order to keep my daughter safe. She then responded with, “I am firm in my answer that you do not have pink eye”.
Everything went smoothly, minimal wait, friendly doctor. Issue resolved quickly.
My experience was great. The attending physician nurse on duty The Provider was excellent. The previous medication from a different Doctor did not work. She prescribed the correct medication, along with other tools to get well. She was so nice, patient, and understanding. She deserves a bonus and pay raise.
Friendly staff, but I sat and waited for 45 minutes when the screen told me I they would be ready in 2. Frustrating, I’d have left and gone somewhere else if I knew I’d have to wait that long.
Nurse practitioner was very thorough and did rush the appointment.
Everyone was wonderful that I dealt with The Provider had knowledge of what they were doing.
I just think The Provider is the best. I just feel like she cares about my health.

There was only 1 employee that day which seemed insufficient to cover all the patients that had appointments; my appointment was for 10AM arriving approx. 15 minutes earlier to check-in; there was 1 patient in session and another waiting; I inquired with the waiting patient whose appointment was at 9:20AM; there was no updates for the patient being treated; we were seen about 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment and for some reason the nurse took us over the 9:20AM appointment.
