I made appointment for Sunday because fully booked on Saturday. Later that Saturday I checked to see if cancellation and app said 45 minute wait time so I followed instructions and checked in. Went to CVS around 30 minute later and waited. Another 30-40 minutes went buy and lady came out and said I could not me seen and was fully booked. Waste of my time!
Appointment was thorough and convenient.
To get in is easy, your time waiting is very reasonable and getting the script is fast.
I went to the MinuteClinic out of necessity as I was leaving town for the weekend and it was already Thursday. My major complaint is registering online to see someone. No wait times were available and walk-in wait times were unavailable but you always say walk-ins welcome. I did finally go and register at the kiosk and was able to get in the following morning bright and early everything went well. your providers were very nice. But then it came time to get my lab results. I have not only gotten two emails with the lab reports but a little while ago. I got a phone call to give me the lab report . I kind of think this is overkill to do it so many times. But the major problem with CVS both pharmacy and the MinuteClinic are your phone systems/ numbers that you give to call to contact someone. It’ s a brick wall for both of them I was told in the voicemail left from CVS today that I could call back well I did twice got nowhere except very frustrated. Then I called the pharmacy. Same thing lousy phone system. I bet none of your employees at CVS have ever tried to call either of the numbers that you give out because if you did, you wouldn’t have them still available for the public. they go nowhere. The only reason I would come back to CVS is in an emergency and if I could get in quickly. Which is why people probably go there.
The minute clinic was very prompt responsive and the Dr was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Appreciate that you took walk-ins when my insurance didn't cover the vaccine at the pharmacy. Also appreciate that you have a private room for taking my arm out of my shirt.
Quick, easy, work great with my freshman in high school schedule. Tested positive for strep, got meds, and left. In and out in one hour.
I was treated very well ,and had a great experience with the nurse ,the Doctor and the whole staff.
The staff are always great, professional and work with the patient to make the visit a positive experience.
