The nurse was so knowledgeable and sweet. She diginosised a condition I have been fighting with for 3 years, finally someone that understood and put 2 and 2 ❤️
The doctor was friendly and professional.
My appointment was convenient and easy to schedule. I thought the person attending to me was polite, efficient, and thorough.
There was nothing wrong with the clinic itself. It was the practitioner.
Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were very professional and caring. Nurse practitioner was great in every aspect.
Whenever I need to come in for a medical reason - I have always been treated with respect and never have had to wait too long.
The NP I met with did not listen to my symptoms and quickly diagnosed me with just a cold. 4 days later my symptoms worsened and I went to my GP who tested me and diagnosed a sinus infection. That is what I tried to tell the young lady who saw me at the CVS clinic but she told me to “leave the diagnosing to her”. Please slow down and listen to people when they come to you for help. I now will have two insurance claims to pay for. I will not recommend anyone to a CVS clinic.
I had a prescription that needed to be refilled, however my physician had joined a Concierge group, even though I lived my doctor, that was too much money to pay for healthcare, since I usually only see my physician once once a year, as I am practice healthy decisions with my diet and exercise daily.
