The experience was fine. Timely. Accomplished what I wanted.
Excellent nurse practitioner, caring and gentle. Highly recommended.
Quoted and charged the wrong price twice.
The nurse(?) knew what she was doing. She was careful and quick at the same time.
The Provider, NP was excellent, timely and was quickly able to schedule my follow up appointment. The self check-in at the computer is very impersonal and feels very odd. I’m sure that it is a way to hire fewer people, however, for people my age, it does not feel like good care.
I tried to book an appointment on line. I could book the waitlist. I did and received an email 40 minutes later telling me to head to the clinic. I got to the clinic no one else was there waiting. The practitioner was on lunch. She came back took care of one couple and again no one was there. She came out and told me to make an appointment. I said nothing was open until 5:40. I was told to come from the waitlist. She said they do that but she couldn’t help me. I said there is no one here. She said she was booked until the opening. Again not a person in the store. She refused to see me. I left and came back by 5:30. She opened the door to call me in and a woman with 2 children said she was next because her appointment was at 3:20. She was 2hrs late and taken before me during my scheduled time. This system is terrible. It rewards those who are late and rude. I was told to head to the clinic and did so and waited a full hour before she came out and said I needed an appointment. Obviously she could’ve taken me since no one was there and that patient was 2hrs late. I will not be going back to cvs
The nurse practitioner was fine, helpful, listened carefully to my concerns. However the bathroom I had to use was not terribly sanitary - dried drips of blood or poop on the back railing and maybe blood or dirt on the side railing by the toilet. I also think there should be toilet seat tissue covers since women have to sit on the toilet seat while collecting urine. I use Endeavor Health's bathrooms as the standard and hope that CVS can reach that. Thank you.
The lady in the clinic was rude and made me cry because she refused to help me after I told her that I didn’t need to have a physical again I’ve already had one I just need a Tb test and the reading she still tried to charge me for a psychical and Tb test and the reading she was highly rude yelling at me like I was dumb and I was telling her that I don’t need to have my psychical redone and then she put me out the clinic.
Easy. Pleasant.

I currently do not have a doctor and I needed to have my prescriptions filled, so I went to the MC. The services was adequate the nurse was fine. I don't know why, while my blood panel seemed thorough, there was no urine sample taken. Strange.
