Excellent staff
Easy appointment scheduling and checkin. The nurse was professional and friendly.
The check-in process is a bit clunky. And always asks for photos of my insurance card (front and back) despite having shared that already about 6 months ago. Maybe because it's a new calendar year? Also had some difficulty scheduling my appointment via Aetna app. My wife tried on her iPhone, and I tried on my Android. But ultimately I had to use desktop browser to schedule. That might be Aetna's issue, but just wanted to make aware.
Fast service.. Nurse was great and then Doctor/PA was excellent as well.
Right on time, very helpful, good explanation of the test I was to undergo, and very quick to set a follow-up visit.
