Fabulous nurse!
It ran a little late, but everyone was quick and kind. Wish I wasn't sick!
On time, very knowledgeable NP, was able to also get the Pneumonia vaccine. All in all, great service.
On the phone I was informed my insurance would be taken. But in person it wasn’t within being eligible.
The Provider(?) is absolutely amazing, one of the most caring healthcare providers I have ever encountered!

I am writing to formally report an issue regarding an earwax removal procedure my 98-year-old mother received at your CVS location on Monday 2/16/25 at approximately 3pm. The provider, who was assisted by a junior provider, used a scraping device to remove the wax rather than a less invasive liquifying method. Following the procedure, we visited Costco for a hearing aid fitting, where ear canal pictures revealed that both of my mother’s ears were bleeding as a result of the cleaning. Due to these injuries, we must now wait two weeks for her ears to heal before we can proceed with her hearing aid mold fitting. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention to ensure this is documented and to express my concern regarding the technique used during her appointment.
I don’t understand the purpose of scheduling a visit if walk-ins take equal priority.
