The PA was very knowledgeable and kind and so was the pharmacist. Everything was done very quickly, and my issue was remedied.

Making an appointment online was easy. I was able to receive care quickly and on time. NP Sonam was clear regarding instructions of the vaccine and quickly provided documentation for my proof of visit.

Two weeks ago I had MOHS surgery on a squamous cell carcinoma on my head. It was bandaged after the surgery, but I was instructed to have it re-bandage periodically. the last time the surgical center re-bandagd It didn’t last so I came to instant clinic. Your technician tried to be as helpful as she could be, but it was clear when we were done that I didn’t think this was going hold. I didn’t complain or say anything about it but now that you asked, it just didn’t work. For what it’s worth I had the surgery re-bandaged yesterday by a nurse at the clinic I used and that didn’t work either. It fell off last night.

I went two times for my recent injury. The first time was very pleasant. The nurse looked at my injury, gave me antibiotics and said I should start feeling better by tomorrow. I believe she was sincere. Unfortunately my injury got far worse and badly infected and I had to miss work due to the increased pain. So I made an appointment for a follow up. This time I spoke with another nurse who seemed alarmed at seeing my injury and said it needs to be drained now. She was great. She spent time asking information from me and explained things further. After treating my injury she gave me a stronger prescription and good instructions. I am healing much better. Both nurses were very pleasant and did what they frlt was necessary at the time.

Health professional was amazing

I brought my disabled son for medical appointment to treat respiratory infections and was concerned he might have ear infection. I checked in as his Legal Guardian but I am also his parent. He lives with me! I was told by nurse that she could not treat him without guardianship papers! If I had known prior to appointment I would have brought them but no one carries legal documents around. I was able to pull them up from my phone but she insisted on a physical copy. We ended up going to Photo Booth to get this done! I offered to printout at home and return. I was not going to leave with my son and come back because of paperwork! He had ear infections and we were given antibiotics. I never want another parent to go through this hassle again! Change your check-in procedure notifying need for documentation ahead of time or Show some flexibility! No way to treat people with disabilities!!

I arrived early for my appointment. Multiple people arrived after me and got to see the nurse ahead of me. One of those individuals did not even have an appointment prior to arriving. I asked the nurse about this and she said the system prioritizes certain appointments. Not a good process.
