I had an appointment scheduled for 12:20pm and I wasn’t seen until around 1pm. The doctor was rude and condescending to me and wasn’t even telling me what was wrong with me. She said, ok you’re done and I had to ask Well what wrong with me?
She was very attentive the medication prescribed cleared up my problem and the rest of my issue should be cleared with visit Saturday. She also very personable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I would definitely do the clinic again if I need to.
They answer the questions I had knowledgeable. As well as giving me helpful tips. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed

I was seen right on time and the doctor was very sweet and thorough.
The Provider (not sure of spelling) explained everything for this new experience of cleaning my ears. She was quick and thorough. I was somewhat apprehensive, but her humor helped the situation. She explained that she has been doing this a long while. She certainly is an expert in earwax removal! If the need arises again, I will go back.
