We had to wait quite a while for one thing. We were there probably an hour and 20 minutes before my son was seen. The doctor was nice but it took a long time. And then we had to wait again to get the prescriptions. When I got home, I was ready to pour the cefdinir in a little cup to get it in his system right away, and powder came out. The pharmacy did not constitute it. It had instructions on it, so I was tempted to add water but I called first. They of course told me to come back and bring it back but I had already been gone 3 hours and couldn't be gone anymore. So I added the amount of mL of water it said. And then the pharmacist talked to me and was very annoyed that I wasn't coming back, even though it was their fault for not mixing it, and he was rude instead of being understanding.
The NP was very attentive, sensitive to my needs & condition, and very thorough. She was intelligent & clearly knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to CVS clinic & I tell people to go there when in need of treatment.
I was able to get in right away and the nurse practitioner was friendly and took care of my needs
Fast professional service
The Provider was amazingly patient and professional! She took her time hearing me out and it did not feel rushed. Truly felt like care!
First Minute Clinic visit for me and I will absolutely use this service again. I made an appointment in the morning, was seen promptly. This is extremely convenient.
Everything went very well and above my expectations.
The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my reason for the appointment.
Long wait, and my son was sick the NP refused an antibiotic because she said it had only been a few days that he was sick. He ended up at urgent care which cost more money with an antibiotic. So no it was a waste of our time and money. If we are in the clinic we are sick. It’s not for fun then to have to spend more money to get him antibiotic was unnecessary.
