The personalized attention to detail is so appreciated. Provideric NP is a very professional and attentive person. Her way of helping makes the patient feel among people who actually care about their health.

NP May was very thorough and knowledgeable was a very good experience
The nurse was very polite and very complete with my physical assessment, and advised me what medication would be in my best interest with my having high blood pressure. I enjoyed my visit and felt better, after receiving the positive test results.
Wonderful service, very kind, very clean. Timely service. Medication was ready when I was done with visit. Overall everyone was great.
Efficiency and kindness
I had a 9:30 am CST appointment scheduled and had to wait an hour before I was seen. I was on time for the appointment and still had to wait an extended period of time, which defeats the point of making an appointment. After I was seen, I received a text message at 11:38 AM CST saying sorry that I couldn't make it to my visit, as if my appointment time was adjusted or canceled. I was on time for my Saturday, 4/18/26; 9:30AM CST visit. Something seems really off about the messaging and having to wait an hour in the waiting room area before being seen.
The gal that I seen at the Hobart, In. location was super knowledgeable and very kind. Her name was The Provider. She listen to my concerns took my vitals and explained clearly what she thought I needed and prescribed it. When I got to my pharmacy it was there waiting for me 20 mins later. The registration process couldn't be easier. I would diffinitely utilitize CVS Minute Clinic again if need be and have already told people I know of the quick, easy and knowledgeable staff at that location. Thank you for offering this to the public it's much appreciated! 💊🩺❤️
