i went in expecting to be able to be seen asap, i went in as soon as they were open . i was ignored by staff that were just standing around in a small office chatting. i was helped by a pharmacists who was passing by. she got be on the check in computer. i started to get signed in the appointments said none were available till 11am as i was the only person waiting. it upset me that i was not taken in and helped and that i was ignored by the staff and not offered any help. i waisted my morning just trying to be seen for my chest infection. but once i was seen by the RN she was quiet helpful and got me what i needed.
