Convenience and speed of service .
I told the provider that since I was in the CVS to just send the script to the pharmacy in that store but the provider wrote a script for a drug that no CVS in a 30 mile radius has in stock. I ended up waiting for an hour to have the script changed to something that CVS had in stock.
Excellent
I am sicker today. I was not given appropriate medication. I now will have to go to my primary care Dr to get an antibiotic as I am worse today. I was also told to use over the counter allergy medication when I told her I have heart racing incidents.
Very friendly staff! Concord was great and I’ve had great experiences with The Provider too at the Rocky River location! 12/10!!!
