Practitioner was excellent
Everybody was really nice helped me out and I got what we thought we needed!!
The staff at the Minute Clinic at Hudson/Union Road, Gastonia, NC, are always professional, caring, and prompt. They take the time to listen to what is wrong to make an informed diagnosis and, if needed, prescribe the right medication. I am so confident in the staff that I made them my primary provider.
The Price would deter me in the future
I had an overall great experience with the minute clinic. I was able to easily make my appointment. Checkin was flawless. Nurse Practitioner The Provider was professional but also kind and attentive. I wound up needing a prescription which was sent to the pharmacy at the same location immediately. Pharmacy staff could use a few lessons from The Provider on good customer service.
This is my second visit here..came last year for the same reason, that is to do a biometric screening for health insurance purposes...booking an appointment is so easy ...the staff is awesome..this time around it was Nicola..and it was 5 star service all the way...my results were not what I was expecting but she explained the findings to me and gave me solid advice and suggestions even assisted with referrals and ensuring that my visit to the Hospital was stress free ..lol..and called later to check on what the findings were..overall I am so happy with the stellar service it is really above and beyond...
