All was as expected except the on-line booking experience that was cumbersome.
Everything was great.
Every time i go to this clinic they are on time and very professional. They treat us like family and get us taken care of quickly.

The fact that I was able to go to the doctor on my one hour lunch break is amazing. I LOVE this service that is available to me.
The wait was my only complaint
The NP was nice and pleasant but unable to help. It costs $160+ to be told I needed to go somewhere else. In addition, the stuff that was put on my finger cut was questioned by the doctor I saw. He didn’t know what the substance was or why it was used. Not a great experience at all.
The Provider, the nurse practitioner was kind and informative. Easy to talk to and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed.
The Provider is a personable provider with an excellent bedside manner. She provides excellent customer service and explains things very well.
