There was no wait time and very professional.
Honestly, the medication was not what I needed for my eye. I ended up calling my opthalmologist, who prescribed a steroid.
I was there for URI symptoms and the provider didn’t even listen not even listen to my lungs. She took my vitals and asked a few questions & then gave me an antibiotic. I am a medical provider & am very disappointed that I did not get a full exam.

When my daughter visited due to having chest congestion and difficulty getting a breath. The lady on staff didn’t test her for anything. She didn’t even listen to her breathing, check her ears or anything. She went to an urgent care the next day and was told she had acute respiratory infection. We have used this minute clinic several times and never had an issue until this visit. We probably will not be using this minute clinic again.
The visit was great.
The Provider was really kind and thoughtful. She listened and was able to get what I needed in an efficient manner.
