Website almost impossible to make an appointment. Had to do a walking The service was great and prompt otherwisw
Easy to schedule appt. Was seen quickly. The Provider was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Appreciated being able to schedule online and complete check-in as well.
Made appointments online and even put in all the medicaid info and when we got in they said they wouldn't take our Medicaid appointments and canceled them.
The NPs are always professional, kind and answer all of my questions.
The provider was fantastic - she took the time to understand patient context and history, not just immediate symptoms. She gave information about next steps, and when asked, gave solid recommendations for what to do differently and advice on what to use. She showed genuine care and concern, and asked that I follow up if symptoms persist - not just to come in for more meds if needed, but to offer different tests to get to the bottom of the concern.
The provider was attentive and purposeful. Kind and understanding
The NP was knowledgeable and gave me good information on the problem and the treatment. She also checked on the status of my vaccines so I know what and when to receive. She was very pleasant and helpful.
