I had a very good experience at the CVS MinuteClinic. I was able to be seen quickly, and the nurse practitioner was kind and professional. She listened carefully to my symptoms and started treatment right away. I received a follow-up call as well. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely use this clinic again.
Waited 50 minutes past appointment time. Nurse was competent but spent more time debating me on the form vs doing the physical.

The appointment was easy to make. The nurse saw me on time and addressed my needs and concerns.
Person proving medical services was very rude had no customer service skills at all and wait time was 30-35 minutes after the appointment time.

I arrived at the MinuteClinic in Chatham NJ at about 5:50 PM. I was called in to meet with the PA who was extremely pleasant, kind, and attentive to my medical issue. She thoroughly assessed my problem and diagnosed it to be what I thought it was and issued a prescription which was filled at the same CVS PHARMACY that held the MinuteClinic. When I was finished, I was directed to go to the counter where I was waited on immediately with very satisfactory results in terms of my Veterans insurance, which is sometimes tricky to get into the system. I am very satisfied with this visit and I would gladly recommend the #MIN clinic.
