Disappointed that there is no longer a situation of walk-in appointments. When I checked in at the kiosk and said that I had no appointment, the soonest it could offer me was three days later. Fortunately, an employee of the store told me I could wait and ask the provider if they could squeeze me in. I did, and fortunately they agreed. But it is demeaning to feel like I had to beg. To be clear, I knew what was wrong, and that there was clearly going to be a prescription, so going home to wait for a virtual visit to have to come back didn't seem very helpful, and I knew that my only other option was an ER visit for something that was not actually an emergency.

The wait was way too long. I sat outside for 40mins by myself without knowing who was before me or if even someone was in the room or not. I had to knock on the door to find out there was someone actually inside. The staff was friendly but the wait list screen has to be working to give patients understanding of the actual wait time.

The nurse practitioner did not know what was going on. Told me my tonsils “looked normal” when I don't have tonsils. She also told me that I had COVID and when I checked my results online, it said my COVID was negative. The follow up call I received two days after my visit was from a doctor who was confused as to why the notes said I had COVID when I clearly tested negative. During that call, she told me to go to a non-CVS urgent care to get retested. Very interesting to have a CVS doctor advise me to not go to a CVS clinic.

First time going into a CVS minute clinic, and I was very well received, the check-in was impeccable and she was so kind; my visit then was quick and clear. I had to go to urgent care to do an XR and the diagnosis was good, I went back to CVS to get my medicine and now I feel much better.

The NP Morrison that saw me for my appointment was so rude . The way she spoke to me was very condescending like she was talking to a child . She needs to be fired. I work in the medical field and I would never speak to my patients like that. I would never return to this horrible CVS

I took my sick daughter to one of your locations in NY (1441 Broadway). The staff was rude and unwelcoming. The RN that saw us wanted just to check boxes. My daughter had a sore throat and runny nose, the RN did not perform any type of patient exam (did not even look in her throat). I asked my daughter to be tested for flu and strep and with the attitude the RN did the tests. I question now that they were done correctly. This was an awful experience and a waste of money. Next time I will go elsewhere where my needs will be met with respect and empathy.

I was told the provider wanted me to take flu, strep and covid tests. I agreed, but was absolutely sure I had a sinus infection as I have had many and know the symptoms. All three tests were negative and based on the fact that the two major symptoms of my sinus infection were gone after two doses of the prescribed antibiotics (24 hrs), I know I was right. It's annoying to have ad to take those tests.
