The provider was very thorough and caring.
The worker was super nice. Only not giving a 10 because I wasn't able to schedule some of my things online (and I even called the main number and they weren't able to schedule it) and they had the vaccines. So there was something going on with your system and it's been going on for a while.
It was extremely easy to book the appointment, and it showed the closest available location. When I got to the clinic, check-in was smooth, and there was no delay in meeting the practioner. Service was incredibly empathetic, responsive, respectful, and professional.
Floor where the clinic was located was quite dirty. Asked to use a bathroom and I was given the employee bathroom, which was absolutely filthy. Both the pharmacy system and the CVS payment system were off-line so I couldn’t get my prescription at the same place. I got my visit.
The person I saw was great. Wait time was low and prices weren’t ridiculous. She was spot on with the diagnosis

Very thorough travel consult but had to go to 3 different CVSs to get all my shots. Not one had all 3 needed (typhoid rabies hep a&b). Had to go across river to another state to get 2 of them.
The nurse practioner was very friendly and helpful.
