The person sitting there is luthorgic, unfriendly, and unskilled. That is the experience we had. I won't say all the clinics. The one at Eastchester yesterday was the issue.

The NP who took care of us was very attentive and helpful.
Even though I didn't have an appointment, Provider and [...]n were able to quickly squeeze me in and get me vaccinated. They are both very friendly and made me feel comfortable, and also educated me about the benefits of the vaccines they were giving me. They were eager to answer my questions.

I found that making the appointment was very easy and convenient via the app. Check-in at the clinic was quick and I had a very short wait. The nurse practitioner took my vitals before proceeding and explained what she concluded after a brief exam. She let me know what she was doing as the visit went ahead and how I could maximize my results afterward. The experience did not take a long time and my issue was totally resolved. I'm glad I went to the Minute Clinic.

The Provider, NP is kind, professional and knowledgeable. She always take the time to answer my questions and share important information about vaccines. She has administered several mandatory vaccines for employment. I always consult with my physician about vaccines. However, The Minute Clinic is much easier and faster than scheduling an appointment with my doctor. Thank you!
