Overall, I had a great experience at this minute clinic. At first, scheduling was an issue due to staffing availability but I was able to get a time on the weekend that worked well for me. The NP Monique was great. She provided clear information and rendered compassionate care. Thank you.
Despite having an apointment we waited more than 30 minutes.
Easy to make an appointment! Was seen within a few minutes of checking in. Friendly professional service by Providerique!
I really liked the nurse practitioner who we saw. But she really needs more support she was there alone and several people waiting made the wait time long. She was extremely helpful and great with my kids.
Efficient, quick, clean, professional.
I arrived 10 minutes early as suggested for check in for my 11am appointment . I didn’t get seen until 1130. When I did ask the NP about the time she said that she was with patients and they were important but also people waiting outside are also important. Patients waiting and patients in waiting room are still patients and need the same courtesy and respect.
The provider was not careful (e.g. knocking things over), the room did not seem clean and organized. I was prescribed an antibiotic for a UTI that I was later told (in the ER) was not an appropriate choice since I presented with fever, which is indicative of an upper UTI and the prescribed drug does not address the upper UT. This led to several additional days of fever, and other extended discomfort.
Warm welcome, clean area and speedy service
Very easy & seamless from start to finish.

My daughter and I arrived approximately 20 minutes before our scheduled 3:10 PM appointment, despite being instructed to arrive only 10 minutes early. We signed in upon arrival and expected to be seen at or near our appointment time. However, the provider took another patient who arrived after us and did not appear to have an appointment. When I respectfully asked about the delay, the provider became defensive and stated that she was the only person working and that she simply followed what her computer instructed. She then told us we could come in at that time. I explained that we had already been waiting for over an hour despite having a scheduled appointment. Rather than addressing my concern, she accused me of being aggressive, which I found both unfair and unprofessional. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:10 PM, yet my daughter was not seen until after 4:20 PM. Waiting more than an hour past a scheduled appointment time is unacceptable, especially when we arrived early and followed all instructions. The entire visit lasted well over an hour and a half. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, the provider’s dismissive attitude, and the accusation regarding my behavior made the situation even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not use MinuteClinic again, nor would I recommend it to family or friends. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients are treated with greater professionalism and respect.
