My experience was terrible. I will never utilize your services at the Pompton Plains location again. I was there with my son (the patient) who was sick. The NP there spoke to me like I was a child, and refused to see my son because we were a few minutes late to the appointment. I had left work early, have about an hour commute, and was stuck in traffic, yet still managed to make it to the appointment less than 10 min late. She showed no empathy or flexibility, and turned me and my sick son away. I have never heard of any doctor or any practitioner turn a sick child away for any reason. I am disgusted by the lack of empathy and lack of professionalism.
