Not enough staff. Wait is too long and they do not disclose all of the information they need to tell the patient. I drove 30 minutes to get to a clinic that could do tb test and fill out a form. They told me everything could be done on the second visit to just bring the form. When I returned for tb test reading there was a different NP on duty and she says she can only fill out the first part of the form not the second part because it requires a physical. I was told he could get the physical when we returned. She said she wouldn’t do it. The second part only consisted of 3 questions and she refused to fill it out.

I live out of state but I needed a physical exam for starting school, so I made an appointment with CVS minute clinic. I was seen really quickly and the NP made the whole experience so quick and easy, and helped me fill out all my forms and ordered my labs and told me how to get them! She counseled me on vaccines/labs and was so kind and welcoming. I also really really appreciated how transparent CVS was about the cost of the visit -- right when I got in the room and told her what I needed, the NP told me the cost of the visit out of pocket would be $109 (not including labs). Thank you for making this so easy for a student away from home!

I am a Florida resident visiting friends in Connecticut this week. My right eye developed a stye during my trip and I wanted to see a health specialist at the Minute Clinic. The appointment was easy to book on line and the wait was short at CVS Riverside Minute Clinic. The nurse on staff was able to provide the care I needed.

The physician I saw during my visit, made a comment that I found inappropriate. I had explained to her that I was going on a cruise in a few days. A few moments later, she was looking at my medication and realized that I was taking a weight loss drug. Her next comment to me was “You can handle eating on a cruise?”, which I took as someone who’s on a weight loss drug - I must have a problem controlling my eating habits. My response to her was, “yes I can control what I eat on a cruise”. I was in shock about the tasteless and ignorant comment. I feel bad for anyone that might also have to go through that and take it more to heart than I did. This physician should be trained on what is appropriate to say to their patients.

Falsely advertised capabilities online. Drove 40 minutes one way out of my way to be told the nurse practitioner cannot draw blood. Importe waste of my time
