Fast, efficient, highly professional and convenient

I made an appointment for a titer check to confirm my rabies vaccine is still valid, as advertised online on the CVS website. Upon arrival, I checked in at the kiosk. I waited 40 minutes after check in, which was 20 minutes after my appointment time, before I was seen. I asked the pharmacy for help figuring out how much longer it would be 10 minutes after my appointment time has passed and was told they don’t know and couldn’t really help. Eventually I knocked and the provider was able to see me. She told me the services advertised online weren’t offered. She made a few calls but couldn’t provide me with a referral, contrary to the appointment summary I was forwarded after my appointment. This is unacceptable to offer medial services online that aren’t available at the office, especially if providers aren’t able to give a valid referral to get said services elsewhere. Very disappointed, will not use minute clinic again.

I have had nothing but good experiences here and this last was no different. Sometimes you can't get in to see your PC Doctor quickly so the clinic really helps. The nurses are always so compassionate and helpful. I appreciate them very much.

I put my name on the wait list around 2:20pm. It said it would be an estimated 50 minute wait for a walk in. The next actual appointment time listed wasn't until 4:30pm and I didn't want to wait that long because I was really miserable. It made it seem like I would be seen sooner by just walking in. I got to the clinic and waited for well over an hour. I had to go to the bathroom so bad and the bathroom in CVS was out of order. I also felt so sick I needed to get out of that chair. While I was waiting several other people came in and were called back. The provider came out and told me that because I didn't have an appointment that anyone who did would continue to be taken before me and I would have to wait even longer. I left and tried to go to another urgent care near by, but by the time I got there they had just closed. I then go back on the minute clinic website and was able to snag a 5:10 appointment. I went back and was seen around 5:25. MinuteClinic should be more clear about the rules when it comes to walk-ins. When the website told me that walk ins were welcome and it would be about a 50 minute wait, I had no idea that people who came in over an hour after me would still be called back first, even though I'd been waiting all that time. I assumed that i would be worked in between scheduled appointments. Then after all that I was not able to get my problem resolved because MinuteClinic apparently can't do stool samples. So all of that and I still have to wait all weekend until Monday to get ahold of a lab to test me

Very thorough, nice and very understanding. I was very much preferred this interaction than those at other similar clinics.
