Easy to be seen. Good staff

While the staff member was friendly, my daughter was misdiagnosed. I had to take her to her pediatrician the next day because her symptoms only got worse. So I had to pay for two medical visits for a flu diagnosis. This is not the first time this has happened…it just feels rushed, but the price continues to increase.

The physician was so kind and patient with my sick kiddo. Great experience

Visit felt very fast. I spent more time in line at the pharmacy than I did with the doctor. Examination felt rushed.

The Dr was on time, listened to my issues and prescribed a medication for the infection.

Why have appointment times if they are just disregarded. Also don’t have seating set up in an area that might be needed to do an eye exam.

Walk-ins Welcome is advertised but that is not a thing with CVS. I went twice this weekend as a "walk-in" and was told by the dr that she was completely full and could take no walk-ins. I understand that, but dont advertise it! Additionally, it is a HUGE waste of time to input your symptoms, insurance, payment, etc. to book an appointment and THEN do it again when you check in, and then AGAIN with the actual doctor! I mean, what kind of piss poor efficiency is that? Im already sick so having to do this over and over again is the worst. The doctor was great, gave good care, didnt rush me. However, there was a little 2-year old that was on the waiting list who was pulling on her ear and sobbing uncontrollably. The doctor told her mom she had no openings for a walk-in and told her another place to try. EVEN THOUGH I had waited 45 minutes the day before as a "walk-in" and had to come back the next day on a scheduled appointment, I felt so bad for that sweet baby I asked the doctor if I could give her my appointment and she said NO! I couldnt believe it! The lady had checked in as a walk in, was very frustrated bc upon check-in she was having to fill out all that crap AGAIN (same as me) with a screaming child only to find out THERE ARE NO WALK-INS WELCOME and to top it off, an empathetic person tried to give her their appointment and was denied by the doctor. I just thought that was so unfair and calice.

Quick, professional, and effective

The nurse practitioner was very attentive to all my needs and concerns. She even seen me during part of her break time, that truly touched me. She truly cares about her patience.
