Excellent Nursing staff I cannot say enough good things about the staff that work there . All of them have been sympathetic and very thorough and I was able to get in quickly. Keep up the work ladies you are greatly appreciated
Great service even though I was a few minutes late I was still still seen in a timely manner for my appointment and was able to get my prescription medication close to home through the CVS app
They took care of me and even back to check to make sure I was feeling.Okay, got in as soon as I wanted.Did not have to wait on an appointment.
The nurse practitioner that administered my skin test cut me off a few times while we were chatting. Overall the vibe I was getting from her felt dismissive and rushed.
Although I had some level of improvement of the severly muffled hearing in my normally " good/ better" left ear, it remains uncomfortably muffled, far from normal. It looks like the muffling which suddenly set in about a week ago was not caused by just impacted wax.....maybe ETD issues? Will pursue this via other avenues. Thanks for trying to help me.
Professional treatment
I went in becuase I had trouble hearing out of my right ear. The nurse told me it was very likely allergies, but she could probably clean my ears and that ProviderGHT help some. She did the right ear no problem. She recommended we do the left ear while we were there. After 1-2 minutes, I felt immense pain and intense dizziness. Pain did not go away. She told me I needed to keep going otherwise the pain would remain. I left and found a specialist to help me and they told me that my ear was swollen and would take a couple of weeks to heal. Now several days have passed, I'm on an anti-biotic and steroid. Still in pain and have to have a follow up appointment. All for the good ear that likely didn't need anything becuase all of this was just allergies. FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH: I have had ear irrigation at a Minute Clinic before. That time they used a device that slowly shot water into my ear. This time, however, was basically a Windex bottle with a special attachment. It had one speed: pain.
Very thorough.
