The NP was so kind, understanding, and thorough.

Very professional service and easy to schedule online. However, was unable to complete the sign in process at the Kiosk because I didn't have a confirmation number. I ended up scheduling a second "walk in" appointment when I arrived. The nurse practitioner deleted the second appointment and saw me a the originally scheduled time.

My NP was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She went out of her way to check for available flu vaccines.

The clinical nurse practitioner who took care of me was amazing. I’ll always remember her. Her name is like the car- Porsche- but I think spelled Providerrsha. I had already tried to go to a Kroger little clinic, which is very typically go, and this is my first visit to a CVS MinuteClinic..

I am so pleased that The Provider called me back and her and [...] decided I needed to go to the ER. My heart rate was all over the place and my blood pressure was 169. I also had a UTI so it was a good thing they called me and referred me to the ER. I also have a heart monitor now too. Thank you so much for following up and contacting me. Thank you too for taking such good care of me.

I came to CVS Minute Clinic and was charged a co-pay even though I told the provider I wasn’t suppose to. There is no copay for TeamCare. If I would have known she was going to charge me I would have done TeleDoc which is free on my insurance also.

My experience was very favorable

I’ve been dealing with an ear infection and hearing issues due to clogged ears for a couple weeks. I’ve tried using the little clinic at Kroger and had multiple poor experiences where the staff was dismissive, rude, and didn’t give me the proper diagnosis or care that I needed. This was my first visit to the clinic at CVS. I was surprised and delighted to be able to get an appointment within 30 minutes of my arrival. The nurse practitioner was incredibly warm and friendly and patient. I actually felt like my concerns were heard and that my anxieties over healthcare were considered and respected. Unlike other walk-in clinics, I feel confident about the care and follow up that I received.
