I waited an hour after my appointment time before being seen. I felt dismissed about my symptoms and left with no help.
Doctor was very helpful. Prescribed the medications I needed and set me up for a physical in a couple of weeks.

The Provider the NP is very competent and thorough. I was very pleased with her.
My provider was wonderful. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours, and she listened to all of my concerns. She identified an ear infection and prescribed me all the things I needed to get better soon.
The nurse practishiner was okay. I did not have id and insurance cards and she was not going to see me with out them, I clearly said I have an intelxual disability and autism and had used county transportation to come over to the clinic. It was 20 minutes away from me this location because it had avaliability. She kind of sighed and said I'll do it this once. It was already in her system she was looking right at it!!! She said if you dont have medicaid then we are good. I said I do but heres the card on my phone. Then.she got a little nicer. But that was stressful

I was happy with the experience itself. The biggest problem was an inability to schedule the vaccine appt. It would only let me schedule it with the pharmacy and not the minute clinic and the pharmacy does not give vaccines. So I was unable to make an actual appointment and had to be a walkin.
