Still sick.
Doctor was nice and testing was fast.
The staff were very professional and kind. They went through the check in and exam proficiently
Clinic is closed to my house, it's clean, Doctor took the time to review my issue.
I was on 2 medications. I told the practioner that I felt one was effective and the other wasnt. They took me off the one that was working and doubled my dose of the one that was ineffective and told me to come back in a month. Hopefully I dont end up in the ER before then.
numerous patients without appointments were taken before scheduled appointments. I waited 55 minutes despite scheduling an appointment. There is obviously no point to scheduling and your system is a misrepresentation of your business practices. I will not return.
I'm sorry to say that it was very disappointing for my experience.
Seems like everytime I go to this MinuteClinic, I'm always seen 10, 15 sometimes 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment times. If you expect the patient to show up on time, then the provider should be ready on the scheduled time as well. For example yesterday, my appointment was at 6:40pm and I wasn't called in until 6:55pm. Why? And I've heard the excuse of, "oh they're finishing up with a patient," or "oh, they're finishing up some paperwork." It's ridiculous to have appointment times and then promptly never meet them.
Very helpful and polite. Took great care of me and even followed up.
